Industrial designer, Bicycle Activist in Bogotá since 2010, worked in the NGO of the former mayor of Bogotá Antanas Mockus working with governments and enterprises in cultural Change, and Road safety educator in the Mobility Office of Bogotá since 2017 helping to create a cultural change around road safety.

About this Speaker

Industrial Designer from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University of Bogotá Colombia, with a social focus on Design of behavioral changes, urban intervention, and civic culture. With experience work in research and development of citizen culture actions around issues of coexistence, domestic violence, mobility, road safety, and job security.


He has been a bicycle activist in Bogotá with different projects, Ciclopaseo Cachaco, Bicycle film Festival Bogotá, Todos la rodamos, and the bicycle week, also tactical urbanism with 100In1Day, and Civic culture with the NGO Corpovisionarios. He now works with the Mobility office of Bogotá as an educator in road safety.


David will be a panelist in the Empathy, Advocacy & Vision Zero Session.
